The Parking Violations Bureau's (PVB) mission
is to provide parking enforcement and citation issuance; parking
meter collections; residential parking permit sales; and
impounded vehicle processing services that enable residents and
visitors reasonable access and turnover of regulated parking.
The PVB provides a central location for citizens to pay their
parking tickets, file a complaint about a parking violation,
request a hearing for a parking violation, report a broken
parking meter, discuss a parking violation, and retrieve
impounded vehicles from the Division of Police's Impound Lot.
